Event - Christmas Week

December 2011

We had lots of exciting events happening during our last week of term, ready for the build up to the Christmas holidays!

On Tuesday, children and staff had their Christmas dinner.

On Wednesday, our school had a very special visitor - Santa! Children were able to visit the magical grotto to receive their presents and to see Santa.

On the last day of term we had our eagerly awaited Christmas Production! Every class had a carol to sing and children across school were involved in the acting of the Nativity play. It was a very special morning and lots of parents, family members and governors came along to share in the celebration.

Children enjoyed opening their Christmas crackers.

A very festive atmosphere in the Hall, with many teachers and parents eating alongside their children.

Some of our Year 6 children enjoying their presents with Santa.

Our Reception children had a wonderful time with Santa.

The three Kings present their gifts to Jesus.

We listened to a wonderful solo of 'Come all ye Faithful'.

The angel appearing to give the good news to Mary.

All the actors sang together at the end.
